The staff seemed very friendly. They offered helpful service. The hotel felt quiet and safe! though the location was a little outside the main area, there was a bus stop directly in front. The bus ride into the city center was very convenient and affordable. it was a great choice for a budget trip.
The kettle was not available . I believe investing in more kettles would improve the experience.

long wait difficult location
